Error message - When attempting to upload a banner image
If you're having trouble getting your banner image to upload successfully, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Check the file size and format: Ensure your banner image file is under 5MB and in one of the supported formats - JPG, PNG, or SVG. Files that exceed the size limit or use an unsupported format may cause upload issues.
- Verify the image dimensions: The optimal size for Prosple banner images is 1786 x 642 pixels. Try resizing your image to these exact dimensions and attempting the upload again.
- Clear your browser cache: Cached data can sometimes interfere with the upload process. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then try uploading the image once more.
- Switch to a different browser: If you're still having trouble, see if the upload is successful using a different web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
- Contact our support team: If you've followed all these steps and are still unable to get your banner image uploaded, please send through the banner image (size 1786 x 642) to hello@prosple.com, and we'll be happy to upload the banner on your behalf, and also escalate the issue to our engineering team.
