Guidelines: Leaving comments and flagging reviews
At Prosple, we aim to provide students with honest, transparent insights. While we welcome open feedback, we understand that some reviews may not meet our community standards. For a full breakdown of what qualifies for removal, please see our guide: "How to flag reviews that breach our guidelines."
How to manage reviews in your Employer Portal:
- Locate the Review: Log in to your portal, head to the Reviews section, and find the specific graduate response you wish to address.
- To Flag a Review:
- Click the Flag button located at the top right of the review card.
- Select your reason from the dropdown menu and provide any additional context in the text box.
- Click Submit.
- The Customer Success team will review your submission and will update you via email.
- To Leave a Public Comment:
- Type your response in the text box located directly below the graduate’s review.
- Click the Paper Airplane (Send) icon to publish your comment.
- This will automatically be live in your profile.
