How do I reset my password?
- Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page.
- Enter your email address and click 'Reset Password'.
- You should receive an email from noreply@prosple.com with a link to confirm the password change (see sample screenshot below). Follow the link to reset your password.
Just a quick heads-up — the email might land in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.
If the email still doesn’t come through, here are a couple of things you can try:
- Double-check there are no typos in your email address when requesting the reset.
- Try again after a few minutes — sometimes there’s a short delay.
- It’s also possible your company’s email firewall or IT policy is blocking the message. In that case, you might need to contact your IT team and ask them to allow emails from our domain.
