How do I progress if I don't have an application link?

If you don't have your own Applicant Tracking System (ATS) link, you can still manage applications effectively by using our platform's built-in features.


Here's how:

  1. Log in: Ensure you are logged into your employer account.

  2. Create or Edit a Job Posting: If you're creating a new job posting, go through the process of posting a new job. If you're editing an existing posting, navigate to the "Edit" option for that job.

  3. Application Process Section: During the job posting setup or editing, look for the "Application Process" section.

  4. Select Directly through Prosple: Within the Application Process section, you'll have the option to select "Directly through Prosple" This allows applicants to apply directly through our platform.

  5. Configure the settings related to the application process: such as resume uploads, degree, or any additional requirements you may have.

  6. Provide and email address: Make sure to provide an email where we can forward the applicant’s details in the “Email” field.

  7. Once finished click “Save.” Your job will remain unpublished until our team has added the form for you.


It can take up to 24 hours for your job to be published. Our team will set-up the form for you and may also contact you if they have suggestions on how to improve your job.
