How do I submit a graduate story to my profile?
Graduate Stories are Q&A style articles in which we feature insights from your graduates.
Creating these stories is a powerful way to showcase the authentic experiences of your graduates or interns. These stories offer valuable insights into life at your organization, helping prospective candidates better understand what it's like to work with you. By sharing real-life journeys, you can inspire students to apply with confidence, knowing what to expect.
This process is simple and supported by our Customer Success team, ensuring your stories are accurately reflected on your profile. These Graduate Stories not only personalise your brand but also provide relatable narratives that resonate with future applicants, enhancing your appeal as an employer.

Steps;
Download the Q&A template using the provided link. If the link is unavailable, contact us at hello@prosple.com for a Word document version.
Share the template with the graduates or interns you'd like to feature, and have them complete the Q&A. Feel free to add additional questions to highlight unique aspects of their experience
Review the responses once they are returned. Ensure the answers meet your expectations and are aligned with your messaging.
Submit the completed Q&A and any additional materials, including a headshot (following dimension guidelines), to your account manager or email hello@prosple.com. (Please ensure that graduates complete their background information on the form and provide a headshot that meets the required dimensions.)
Wait for confirmation from the Customer Success team, who will review and publish the content within 3-5 business days.
