At Prosple, we identify and rank the leading graduate employers in Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines (with more countries coming soon) using a dual‑axis methodology: student popularity and program quality.

• Popularity is based on engagement by current and aspiring graduates—such as profile views, job applications, and (where applicable) search volume for specific employer names.
• Program Quality reflects direct feedback from early-career employees, gathered via in-platform surveys or public review sites, adjusted to reflect sample size and freshness.

Each employer receives a popularity score and a quality score (both out of 10). The final score is the average of these two, ranking employers on that basis.

Note: We recently rolled out refined methodology enhancements for the 2025 ranking cycle—adding more robust nomination criteria, improved weighting for recency and volume of reviews, and enriched popularity data sources.
