Pre-Registers. Do I need to do anything when the job goes live, or are applicants notified automatically?

When the pre-register job opens, it automatically goes live and notifies all registered students. We do all the heavy lifting for you, with no further action is required on your part.
Please note: It’s super important that you ensure everything is set up correctly, including the application link, before the job converts from a Pre-Register opportunity to a live job. 

If you’ve created a new job, the system won’t automatically notify those who registered for the previous role, as it doesn’t recognise the jobs are connected.
If you'd like the students who pre-registered for the original job to be notified, please email us at hello@prosple.com, and we’ll make sure everyone is informed!
