We encourage employers to invite graduates who can provide current and meaningful insights into their programs. As a general guide:
- Start with graduates from the most recent program — typically those who started or completed the program within the last two years.
- If that group is too small (for example, if only 1–2 grads are hired per intake), employers can include grads from earlier intakes — as long as they haven’t completed the survey yet.
- Ideally, graduate reviews should reflect experiences from the last five years or less to keep the data relevant.
- Only employees who joined your organisation as part of a graduate intake or program are eligible. Regular hires (e.g. someone who graduated 10+ years ago and joined in a standard role) should not be included.
- To keep responses meaningful, the survey only accepts graduates who completed their studies in 2015 or later. This allows space for postgraduates and career changers, while ensuring the feedback reflects true graduate program experiences.
This approach helps ensure the reviews remain fresh, credible, and genuinely useful to students exploring their options.
