Error message - When attempting to upload an article

If you're having trouble uploading an article, here's what you can do:

  1. Complete all required fields: Go back to each section and check any fields that are marked in red. You can double-check each step on our blog here: https://prosple.com/knowledge-base/employers/how-to-update-your-employer-overview
  2. Check your Internet Connection: Make sure you have a good internet connection; a weak connection can cause issues.
  3. Try using another browser: Try Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge and see if you can save your profile.
  4. Try Incognito Mode: You can also try using your browser's incognito or private mode to see if it works.

If you've done all of this and the problem continues, please let us know more about the issue, such as any error messages you're seeing. Please send it here or to hello@prosple.com
