Why can't I change the status of the applicant?
Sorry to hear you're having a bit of trouble updating your profile. Here's a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:
Check your Internet Connection: Make sure you have a good internet connection; a weak connection can cause issues.
Try using another browser: Some users have reported issues with using Edge. Try Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Try to log out and back in: Sometimes, a simple signing out and back in would solve the problem.
Try Incognito Mode: You can also try using your browser's incognito or private mode to see if it works.
