Why do I have to add the salary to my job post?

Salary disclosure is a key policy of ours. Our mission is to place every student globally in their ideal job.  We believe that providing salary information is crucial for students to make informed career decisions and find the perfect fit.

We've conducted extensive user testing and found that students greatly prefer seeing the expected salary on job adverts. In fact, our data shows a 17% increase in application numbers when salaries are displayed on every job posting.

You can also check out our recent blog that highlights salary transparency as the new norm here for Prosple, and why we feel it's so important.
