Issues saving a job opportunity

If you're having trouble saving a job, here's what you can do:


  • Check that you have filled each required field. Refer to this article for more information: https://prosple.com/knowledge-base/employers/how-to-post-a-job

  • Complete all required fields: Go back to each section and check any fields that are marked in red. You can double-check each step on our blog here: https://prosple.com/knowledge-base/employers/how-to-update-your-employer-overview

  • Check your Internet Connection: Make sure you have a good internet connection; a weak connection can cause issues

  • Try using another browser: Try Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge and see if you can save your profile.

  • Try Incognito Mode: You can also try using your browser's incognito or private mode to see if it works.
